What it does
Polysilicone-11 is a cross-linked silicone elastomer supplied as a gel. It fills and softens the look of pores and fine lines, gives a velvety slip, and can absorb some oil for a smoother finish, so it is common in primers. It is a texture-and-optical ingredient rather than a skin active.
