Support

Drop is built by one person. There is no support queue and no chatbot — mail reaches a human, and that human is the developer.

For anything at all — a bug, a wrong ingredient call, a citation you think we’ve misread, or a question about your account:

Expect a reply within a few days. If something is wrong with a safety flag — a pregnancy call, a contraindication, an interaction — say so in the subject line and it gets looked at first.

Export or delete your data

Both are self-serve in the app, and neither requires emailing us: Me → Privacy → View & manage your data. Export returns everything held against your account; deletion removes it.

If you can’t open the app — you’ve lost access to the phone number or email you signed in with, say — mail privacy@drop-skincare.com and we will handle it manually. The full detail of what is held and for how long is in the Privacy Policy.

Questions we get

Is Drop free?Yes, and every part that helps you decide something stays free. There is no paywall on citations, conflict checks, or the honest “your routine is already enough” verdict.

How does Drop make money? Affiliate commission when you buy through a link. Commission never changes what we recommend or the order you see — the full stance, including what we refuse to do, is at /disclosure.

Where do the citations come from, and how do you check them? The method — including what we get wrong and how we find it — is written up at /methodology.

A flag looks wrong to me. Please tell us. Mail support@drop-skincare.com with the product and what you expected. Corrections to the evidence base are the most useful mail we get, and they change the app for everyone.

Is Drop medical advice? No. It is general skincare information built on published research. For anything persistent, prescription, or worrying, see a dermatologist — the app surfaces that prompt itself where it applies.
