What it does
Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer is a synthetic polymer of styrene and acrylate units, usually supplied as tiny suspended spheres. The opaque beads scatter light to make a formula look milky or pearlescent and help carry pigments, while the polymer can also form a light film. It is an appearance-and-texture ingredient rather than a skin active.
